3. Account
3.1To enter a Competition online, the Entrant must first create an account by completing and submitting an account registration form. Where an Entrant does this they agree:
3.1.1to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the relevant form;

4.3The Platform is currently intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK and Northern Ireland. If the Entrant chooses to access the Platform from outside the UK, they are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.
5. Entry
5.1Knowledge, skill or judgement based entry. To enter a Competition the Entrant agrees that they must undertake a knowledge, skill or judgement based challenge. Entrants must successfully complete or satisfy the challenge to be eligible to enter the Competition(s) of their choice and have the opportunity to win the Prize.
5.2There is no maximum number of entries that can be made by each Entrant.
5.3By entering the Competition, the Entrant acknowledges that payment will be taken for each paid entry when they successfully complete or satisfy the knowledge, skill or judgement based challenge and submit an entry, and that making a payment does not guarantee in any way that they will win the Prize, or be refunded if they do not win, or under any other circumstances.
5.4Entrants recognise that they must exercise skill, knowledge and judgement in order to pick the correct answer to the knowledge and skill based question.
5.5Entrants may still be charged if they fail to successfully complete or satisfy the knowledge, skill or judgement based challenge on the Platform, and only completed entries which contain the right answer will be entered into the Competition draw.
5.6An Entrant will be asked to pay at checkout to conclude an entry to the Competition, by payment card or using credit in their account wallet. Card payments are accepted and securely processed by Cashflows, the Promoter's payment provider. The Promoter does not see or store full card details.
5.7It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure that they have the authority and are able to pay any entry fee, and the Promoter will not be held responsible for any interest, fees or other charges incurred by the Entrant in relation to their bank or method of payment.
5.8All entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, subject to condition 6.4.
5.9Entrants acknowledge and accept that no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described below, and that the Promoter's decision is final.
5.10In entering the Competition the Entrant has made their own decision through their own enquiries and legal advice where sought.
5.11Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirements under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for any goods and services will not apply to this Competition.
5.12Free postal entry. A free postal entry route is available for every Competition. To enter by post:

(i) the full name of the Competition you wish to enter;
(ii) your full name and postal address;
(iii) your telephone number and email address;
(iv) your date of birth;
(v) your answer to the Competition Question; and
(vi) a statement that you accept these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
5.13Important information about postal entries.
(a) Postal entries are limited to ONE per postcard or letter. You must not make an entry for any other person; doing so will result in a ban on all future entries by any method. We address-check and identify all winners, and any method used to get around these rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
(b) Postal entries must be sent by first class post or special delivery and must be received by the Promoter before the Closing Date. Postal entries received after the Closing Date, or after the Competition has closed, will not be entered into the draw.
(c) It is the Entrant's sole responsibility to ensure that their entry is received by the Promoter before the Closing Date.
(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to confirm whether an entry was received before the Closing Date or whether the Entrant's answer to the Competition Question was correct.
(e) Any postal entry not complying with the requirements of clause 5.12 shall be disqualified and not entered into the draw. One Competition per postcard or letter. Bulk entries will not be accepted; if received, only the first entry in the envelope will be processed.
5.14All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in other languages will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.
5.15We are under no obligation to correspond regarding postal entries and will not do so.
5.16The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of postal delays, equipment failure, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5.17By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.18All winners will be identified and their address verified. If an address has been used to get around these rules, no Prize will be awarded and the draw will be redrawn.
5.19All entry lists are publicly available on the Website and will remain so for at least 24 hours after the draw; you can cross-reference your name against any entry list.
5.20Each valid postal entry is entered into the draw by the Promoter and given one ticket number, chosen at random from the ticket numbers still available for that Competition. If the email address on the entry matches an account on the Platform, the entry will appear in that account. If the Competition has sold out before a postal entry is received, that entry cannot be entered.
5.21Valid postal entries are entered into the same draw as paid entries and have exactly the same chance of winning.
6. Closing or cancelling a Competition
6.1If the number of entries to the Competition does not meet or exceed the minimum number of entries required at the Closing Date, at the Promoter's option the Competition will either:
6.1.1close, and the proceeds available as the Prize Fund under 6.2 will be awarded in the form of an alternative prize to the Winner in place of the original Prize; or
6.1.2close, and the proceeds will be deemed sufficient to award the Prize.
6.2The Promoter will be entitled to retain at least 30% of the entry fees to cover administration plus any expenses of the Competition. Should the number of entries not meet or exceed the minimum number of entries required for the Competition, the Competition may close in accordance with 6.1, and the remaining balance following closure, after deduction of the 30% plus expenses, will become a prize (the “Prize Fund”). The Promoter will then decide, at its discretion, what is to happen to the prize in accordance with condition 6.1.
6.3The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time. Should the Competition be cancelled, any proceeds raised at the time of cancellation will, at the Promoter's discretion, be awarded in accordance with condition 6.1, subject to the Promoter being entitled to retain any expenses and at least 30% of the entry fees already received.
6.4The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition for any reason beyond its reasonable control, following which Entrants will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.
6.5The “minimum number” of entries is the minimum number stated on a Competition's page that must be reached for the Competition to run and not be subject to this condition 6.
7. Prize
7.1The Promoter owns any Prize offered from the time the Competition is running until successful handover to the Winner is completed as set out below.
7.2The Prize will only be that awarded at the time of the draw; no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance, subject to condition 7.6.
7.3There is only one Winner, and the Prize is for the named Winner and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.
7.4Should a Winner reject their Prize for whatever reason, the Promoter is under no obligation to provide another.
7.5The Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives, subject to condition 7.6.
7.6Should an advertised Prize be unavailable, the Entrant agrees and accepts that they may be offered another Prize up to the monetary value of their initial Prize or, where applicable, the cash alternative advertised on the relevant Competition page.
7.6.1Where a Prize includes tickets or admission to a football match, sporting event, concert or other live event, and that event is cancelled, played or held behind closed doors, or otherwise becomes unavailable for the Winner to attend due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Prize will be replaced by the cash alternative advertised on the relevant Competition page.
7.6.2Where no cash alternative was advertised on the relevant Competition page, the Promoter may offer another Prize up to the monetary value of the initial Prize.
7.6.3Where an event is postponed or rescheduled and the tickets forming part of the Prize remain valid for the rescheduled event, the Promoter may provide the tickets for the rescheduled event rather than a cash alternative.
7.7Should the Prize be a vehicle, it will be transferred to the Winner using the V5 form for the vehicle. The V5 must be completed before the vehicle is handed over. It is the Winner's responsibility to tax and insure the vehicle before collection or delivery, as required, and to inspect the vehicle on delivery or collection. The vehicle will be awarded as seen, and any faults after it is awarded are not the responsibility of Rendalls Competitions Ltd.
Prize delivery
7.8Delivery or collection of the Prize will be as agreed between the Winner and the Promoter.
7.9Should a Prize be collected, the Winner will be required to provide proof of identity, age and entry into the Competition at the time of collection, which must match the details provided when entering the Competition. Should the Winner's details not match the winning entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, deem the Winner ineligible to accept the Prize in accordance with these terms, in which case the Entrant will not receive the Prize and the Promoter may act in accordance with condition 8.7.
7.10Delivery of the Prize is not of the essence and the Prize shall be deemed delivered:
7.10.1on arrival of the Prize at the Winner's location agreed in accordance with condition 7.8; or
7.10.2if collected by the Winner, when the Winner collects the Prize from the Promoter.
7.11The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of delivery caused by:
7.11.1the Winner's failure to provide the Promoter with adequate instructions for delivery;
7.11.2the Winner's failure to collect the Prize (if agreed); or
7.11.3an event of Force Majeure.
7.12The Promoter does not guarantee the value and condition of the Prize at the time the Winner receives it.
7.13Until delivered in accordance with condition 7.10, full title and interest in the Prize remains with the Promoter.
7.14In the case of a vehicle, the Winner will collect the vehicle from a location agreed with the Promoter, in accordance with condition 7.7 and the rest of this clause 7.
7.15Should the Prize be a specific item, it will be delivered to the Winner within 21 days of the Winner being chosen and details being agreed in accordance with condition 7.8, subject to any delay outwith the Promoter's reasonable control.
7.16Should the Prize be cash, it will be paid by bank transfer to the Winner within 21 days of the Winner providing the Promoter with details of their chosen, verified UK bank account.
7.17Delivery of Prizes within mainland UK and Northern Ireland will be paid for by the Promoter. For Prizes delivered outside the UK and Northern Ireland, the Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner to pay postage and delivery fees.
8. Winner selection and contacting the Winner
8.1The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries, paid and postal, whose answer to the knowledge, skill or judgement based question was correct. The draw is made by the Website's random draw system, which selects one ticket number at random from all ticket numbers entered into the Competition. The draw may be streamed live on Social Media, with a video of the draw posted on the Platform and Social Media afterwards.
8.2Before the Winner is drawn, the Promoter may run and video a trial draw to show how the draw works and that the Competition is being drawn fairly (the “Test Draw”). Entrants acknowledge that any number drawn during a Test Draw is not the Winner of the Competition.
8.3Within 48 hours of the Closing Date, full details of the draw, including the date and time at which it will take place, will be confirmed and posted on Social Media and the Platform.
8.4If the Competition has ended and the Winner has been chosen successfully, the Prize will be transferred by the Promoter to the Winner on delivery.
8.5The Promoter will have no responsibility for the Prize once delivery is completed.
8.6If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 30 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by email, telephone, Social Media or post, using the contact details submitted with their entry, the Winner will be disqualified and will have no claim to the Prize.
8.7Should the Winner be disqualified, the Promoter at its discretion will:
8.7.1select an alternative Winner using the random draw system, who will then have 7 days to accept the Prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner; or
8.7.2retain ownership of the Prize.
8.8Should a Winner be chosen in error, or a mistake be made by the Promoter when announcing the Winner, the Promoter reserves the right to remedy the mistake before awarding the Prize. Any correction will be published in writing on Social Media and the Platform.
9. Liability
9.1Save for death or personal injury, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or agents in developing, planning and running the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner, or following the distribution of the Prize.
9.2The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Platform. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any such details and any content of the Platform.
9.3The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications, or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Platform.
9.4The Prize is deemed accepted on delivery, and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by any person or property as a result of any use or misuse, negligent or otherwise, of the Prize once delivered to the Winner.
